You maintain a 60-day period from the arrival date of your shipment to submit an official reimbursement claim. To qualify for review, products must be returned inside their original boxes with internal safety bands intact.

Return Method

To initiate a compensation request, communicate with our helpdesk providing your original order validation details. Following the receipt and evaluation of the items at our logistics facility, your full transaction value will be sent back to the primary bank card within 7 to 10 standard working days.

Transport Damage
